Decent and convenient for the price

I got the square set that goes up to 55lbs. For the price, it’s not bad. I get simple workouts done at home. I’m also glad I don’t have to worry about buying multiple sets of weights, so this adjustable set is convenient for space and saving money. I’ve only used it a handful of times, but I’m worried that the adjustable feature will deteriorate overtime, but that remains to be seen. The adjustable feature is also not 100% smooth switching between weights, but it’s not difficult to move or getting stuck. It is difficult to see the numbers so I might have to color over them. I also don’t like that it doesn’t come with a dumbbell stand because I don’t like having to squat down to get it especially when it’s at the max weight. Read more

Poor quality/broken in box

Bought as a set of 2. Only one dumbbell arrived initially and after filing "a problem with the order" with Amazon, the second one arrived a week later. When I opened the box of the second one, there were broken plastic pieces in the bottom of the box. Two of the adjustable plates on one side of the dumbbell will not attach. Seem like it's such poor quality that it broke during shipping. I filed a return to try and get a replacement for one dumbbell and just saw on the return label that I have to pay for shipping for this 80lb item. So not happy. Beware that it may seem like a good price but the old adage is true, you get what you pay for. Read more
