I created a colorful customized picture design with text and everything turned out perfectly. The colors look great, and the material of the rug seems heavy duty and long lasting. Some of the text I had in a bottom corner had a very small font and the seller was kind enough to reach out to me to let me know that it would turn out blurry if I kept it as is and offered me multiple other options to see if I would like to keep as is or modify so the text would be clear. I opted to go with a larger font as suggested and it turned out legible and looks great. I really like this rug. Read more

The quality of this mat is good and custom print was excellent, a gift to our church. My dissatisfaction came with the exorbitant shipping charge for the item, almost 1/2 the price of item. The description said there would be this added shipping charge if item came between 12/1-10, the item was ordered early November and received before 12/1. Asked for a reversal of the shipping charge and I was refused. Manufacturer said that the additional shipping charge was permanent, regardless of time item was received. I felt it was dishonest advertising and reported it to Amazon, but it was in the manufacturers hands. Be careful who you order from. Read more
