I got these for my tween, so they were actually a bit big on her and she had to wear them on or above her knees. They also drag on the ground a bit so I would suggest sticking with them for adult sized people only. These have the right look if you are going for the look of a Japanese cartoon character. They are meant to look saggy and cute. The laces are just decorative and can't be used to tighten the sweater material. Read more
