I have been retiling my shower, and decided against installing a niche as I'm a novice and just didn't think it would turn out well. These are a great alternate! Once I am ready to grout the tile, I can add these shelves. The shelves are well made and heavy duty. The finish is nice, and doesn't seem to be at risk of chipping or peeling down the line. The media could not be loaded. These corner shelves look great. The finish is good and there isn't any exposed sharp edges like so many products have. Amazon is suggesting I say ease of assembly but truly it is ease of installation which should be easy if you know anything about installing tile. They are sturdy and the size for the 10 inch will fit 3 full size shampoo or soap bottles. Once these are installed I will update this review with a few more photos. I just ordered these Modern Corner Shower Shelves because I had a huge problem with clutter in my shower, and I was hoping this would solve it. It certainly did, so I just had to write a review to let everyone know. When I first installed these shelves, I wasn’t sure if I would like it. From looking at the description, it might have had some issues. But once I tried it, I was blown away at how well it works. It’s amazing because it does what other products do not. I especially love the matte black finish and cut-outs, which look very nice in my shower. Now, this product is great but it’s not perfect. I wish it had deeper tabs to insert into the grout or the option to install it when you are first grouting your shower tile, and it could definitely use some additional finishes (like oil-rubbed bronze). But these issues are not enough to make me not use the product. I think the benefits definitely outweigh these minor inconveniences. I really think you should try these Modern Corner Shower Shelves, especially if you have the same problem I had. This product definitely solves my issues, and it’s perfect for busy showers and large families. Read more
