I like the elasticity and the compression of the shirts. I agree with a couple of the comments that said size down one size if you want much more compression. I believe if you order your standard shirt size you will get some but pretty minimal compression. I went one size down and they leave me with a very good shape to complement my weight loss journey that I have been on. Perhaps a little bit of a confidence builder also. If I had gone down two sizes I wouldn't have been able to wear them if that helps any. Read more
