You get 4 separate back scratchers that are telescoping. They are just as long as the old-fashioned wooden ones. And, they fold back up to about a 12-inch length for easy storage. This pack includes four separate types of metal end scratchers. Don't know exactly what that is all about, but I'll be figuring that out later.
