These are big enough for lots of pills or for big or clumsy fingers to fit in and get all the medication out. Have used them for an elderly parent for a few years. I love having 4 colors so that when there is a change in medication or a short term med I can be clear and say take the red box (or whatever color). As motor skills decline the spaces for the medication are big enough to "dig" around in and get all the medication without having to get one pill at a time out. I purchased four of the white pill organizers so I could layout all my supplements for an entire month. PROS: • Nice looking on the counter • Plenty of room for many supplements • The compartments open and stay open just right so you can drop your supplements in them. • The size is perfect -not too big or small to keep on the counter. CONS • The compartments open on the opposite side you would expect. Not that big of a deal but odd. I noticed some people saying the case’s latch breaks. I have four and so far, I don’t see any issues with the four I purchased. What I did notice is that if you try to close the case with the pill cases in the main case, if you don’t have them lined up if they were all in there, the latch has trouble closing a little. It’s nothing, no problem. Just push all the pill cases to one end so you know they line up and the case latches will work. I like these, very much and am very happy with my purchase. Read more

I outgrew my former pill/supplement case which wasnt bad. It had a morning and an evening side and the sides clicked into place. I always hated that I had to put them in a gallon sized ziploc when traveling "just in case"...and there were times when one of the pill carriers came open and I had to figure out which pills were for which day or day vs night. This pill case is great. Each day is separated and removable with four compartments per day. Each of these compartments click securely into place and then the outer enclosure locks everything in place. I have traveled with them several times and have yet for any of these to pop open. I even took a chance and put one in checked baggage. I also like that I can pull out a day or two if I'm going on a short trip or somewhere I just need a day or part of a day without dragging the entire case - or dumping a compartment into a ziploc baggie. After having purchased multiple items of the similar ideal and being disappointed that the spaces were too small for multiple vitamin pills or the big omega-3 oil capsules wouldn’t fit. I finally got the right product.! I’m trying with all my mind to recover from a major illness so on top of prescription meds, I have fistful of supplements and things in the category of “ Might help. Won’t hurt” Some have to be on an empty stomach. Some have to be at night, but in total it’s fistful of pills that upset my stomach trying to do it all at. I won’t even talk about the number of bottles. This fits absolutely everything with plenty of room to spare. The only thing I would change about it is being able to pop the lids open without having to take the full daily dose out of the larger container. This is 100% solvable by just opening every single compartment before getting all the pill bottles open.. I think yesterday was the first time I actually remembered to take all of my pills and got them all at the right time. Read more
