Confortable and sturdy
I'm surprised at how comfortable these are. Due to a medical injury I wear a brace on my leg that attaches to my shoe, so I need sturdy lace up shoes that still look nice with dress pants and these work really well and I've had no fit problems. They are more comfortable than some I've paid 3x the price. Read more
Love these shoes
I've been wearing a pair of these shoes since November for work. I'm surprised at how comfortable they are! I thought I would feel them wear out after a couple months, but so far they're still really soft inside. I'm glad I bought these. They really help me get through my 8 hour shifts standing on concrete. Read more
Are these actually leather?
I am not sure these are actually leather. I wish there were an easier way to know (like if Amazon confirmed on products like these). Or some shoe companies send a small tag with a scrap of extra leather to examine. Or even something printed on the shoe itself saying leather would be nice. The grain seems too unform and the cut edges don't feel right. I think this is vegan leather. Regardless, they're pretty good quality and priced well. I am between sizes and ordered up since I have wide feet. They fit fine due to the ability to tie them, but I think I could also have sized down. The sole feels durable and grippy. I believe it would be non-marking. It is, as another commenter mentioned, a tad squeaky, but not crazy. I was hoping for a darker blue/navy color... they are a little more towards royal blue than I hoped for, but I still like how they look. I wore them for two days without breaking them in and I did not get any rubbing or blisters. Overall I give these 4.5 stars... I'd round up if I were confident these were leather, but since I'm not, I'm rounding down. Read more

Not slip resistant
The shoe is really comfortable but it is definitely not slip resistant…. I had to get a nice shoe to be a hostess and I slide around in the kitchen and while I walked up and down the stairs. Read more
