I have just starting using them recently and my spouse says I am not snoring every night that I have worn them. As a test, I slept without them and my spouse heard me snoring in the middle of the night again. They are definitely worth giving them a trial. I am pleased and will continue to use to them. This product contains latex. I have a latex allergy and after getting one on my skin began to burn and itch under the adhesive. I immediately took it off and it left a horrible rash across my face. No where does this product warn that it contains latex. Do not use this product if you have a latex allergy. Read more
I liked the XPanAir Nasal Stripes which help open my nasal passages to help relieve the pain associated with migraines. The strips are long, adjustable, and are priced reasonably. The only issue I have is the adhesive could be a little more or they could add some replacements. Read more

I bought this product with intention to breath through my nose when running and not my mouth. The adhesive needs to be applied and pressed down so that is adheres well. I caught myself breathing through my nose more on my last few runs. Will update in a month. Read more

I put these on before bed, when I'm having trouble with my sinuses (which is most of the time), and they work great! They are comfortable, they stay on (unlike breathe-rite strips), and I CAN BREATHE, so I sleep better! Read more
