This is definately not for non experts. The length is fairly accurate but note that is is not round but rather oval. It is very smooth but take note that the head is BLUNT. Front to backthere is a nice taper but side to side, it is mostly square. So take note when inserting as it is not simple and when the head tries to push through the 2nd sphncter, it pops through. Works great with water based lube, the suction cup is good too. I got one and it was too small. I got two more and they are great. One is large I think and the other extra large. Well to start off. this toy is very soft. to the point where trying to put it in, itll bend under its own weight before the tip gets anywhere. you can get it in... but it will take quite the patience. Suction cup also can't hold its weight either. it would have to be bigger i think. also the sizes are a little off. Medium i would say is for someone pretty experienced, and large? forget about it. i'd hate to see someone try to use the other sizes.
