This product was suggested to me by my chiropractor last October. I have suffered from chronic back/body pain, fibromyalgia, RLS, insomnia, anxiety and an incredibly weak immune system for over 20 years now, and have been on far too many prescription medications that never helped more than to manage the symptoms to survive the day. I had been confined to a wheelchair since July, and I finally decided to try it. He had run out of them at the office, so when I saw it on here, I took a chance. After only one week (and a few detoxing type symptoms), I began to feel less pain all around, was strong enough to stand for more than a minute, and immediately started to lose weight. I am 5'10" and weighed over 235 lbs, never able to get under 230 lbs no matter what I tried/did. After the first month, I was finally able to drive, take 10 minute walks with my husband and even able to go out to a friends house to hang out without having to leave early. After the 2nd month I was down to 215 lbs, and for the first time in my life got over a terrible cold in less than a week! (Usually a month) My stomach issues also subsided, and I have only been getting better since. Now I'm tapering down on my prescription medication, am down to 205 lbs (and still losing weight while gaining muscle!) and can't imagine my life without it. I still have a ways to go, but my dream to one day be healthy enough to have children is not a dream anymore, but a planned goal. I took this product for over a year , this is probably 1 of the best supplements I have ever used. With in a week I could really feel the effects, your endurance level will go off the chart .I weigh over 300 pounds at 5' 10" I went from running a mile in about 40 minutes 2 doing it in about 12 min. When I ran out of it I thought to myself maybe I no longer needed it, with in a week my time had climbed back up to 20 minutes . Whatever the stuff actually is it works it makes you feel stronger and you can last longer and you recover quicker this stuff is worth every bit of the money and yes I do know that the price is steep ,but it also works you won't buy or find anything else like it anywhere I tried. This is a game changer! I take the product a 1/2 hour before breakfast and a 1/2 before lunch and it charges my slow metabolism. In addition, I use Xymogen's meal replacement shake for dinner.
