I am a 32 DDD. I ordered a medium to hide my bra, because I had a shirt with an open side. I have only worn this with a bra. But the material is thick and it wasn't very tight. I don't think it would hold me up without a bra. I would probably jabe to size down two sizes for that option. Loved this and it worked for me! Read more
Fair but had tendency to fall down leaving you exposed
Basically it's just ok. It doesn't stay on as much as I'd like it too, sometimes when I bend over the top comes down so I have to use sticky bra pads to keep it in place and tape.
