Y2K Ribbed Leg Warmers Womens Knit Long Boot Ankle Heap Sock Japanese Style Lolita Accessories for Winter Halloween

I’m not sure what makes these Japanese style but I assume it is that they are wide at the bottom and narrow at the top. I actually got these to scrunch down over the ankle when wearing low boots. The style works well for that. The knit fabric is heavy enough to give added warmth to the lower legs and ankles. Other than that, I would not care for the style to use as a traditional leg warmer as the wide bottom seems odd to me for that use. I prefer something more fitted at the ankle. I ordered these for my daughter who is interested in Asian fashion. She did like them and has worn them several times since. I thought they were a bit too wide at the base. They are made to cover the top of the shoe, but to me it gives a bit of an odd look. The material is not cotton and is on the thin side, but my daughter claims these leg warmers keep her legs warm.
