Quality Control

So I really like this rack but what I don't like is that when installing it, one of the locking mechanisms didn't work because parts are rattling around inside one of the tubes. I also had quality issues with the base swingaway body (dents that blocked inserting a screw). Since I didn't have time to return the frame and the rack, I had to make due. Luckily the issues were not so critical that I couldn't use it. But with quality control issues with two different Yakima EXO items, I'm going to have to order the next parts when I'm not pressed for time. But it does the job well. Read more
