One boot missing entire insole
I've bought several pairs of these boots from various sellers. I love the fluffy boot style. These are the most true to size that I've recieved, though still a little bit snug length wise. Snug in the toes but roomy in the arch area if that makes sense? If you have slender feet you may have too much room but I think that can be fixed with thicker socks. The reason for 3 stars is that the pair I recieved was missing the whole insole in the right boot. Literally no padding whatsoever on the inside, making the one boot uncomfortable to walk in. They didn't appear to be repackaged either, so this was a manufacturing mistake. Sure, I could buy inserts but I shouldn't have to spend more money to do that. Overall they do keep your feet warm in the winter (not great when they get wet, however a tip i have is to keep a boar bristle brush specifically for these boots and you can brush them out good as new when they dry or when the fur just generally gets worn/tangled around the bottom). They also fit my large calves better than other sellers, but you may get a pair with an issue because it seems they're lacking in quality control. Read more
