Good value, doesn't slip. Using in my kitchen in place of bipolar doors that I go tired of repairing. Read more
works as intended, but while putting it together and turning the rod, it makes a sound which makes me question how stable it will be after using it for so long. Read more
This is a very strong and sturdy. Curtain rod. I'm using it as a closet clothes rack, and was worried about it's ability to hold the weight of clothing, but so far it has not shown any signs of sagging (I haven't pushed the limits on this yet though). It's easy to assemble and comes with a bunch of smaller bars and instructions about which ones go together best to achieve various lengths. Just watch out because the pieces are only labelled on the outside of their plastic wrapping, so if you take them all out of the plastic and mix them up then you'll never be able to figure out which one was which again. But it's not a huge problem, since they are all interchangeable and you can easily figure out a good combination of pieces to reach your desired length without the labels or instructions. I didn't need the full length and have several pieces left over that I don't need. I don't want to store these indefinitely just in case I ever want to move the rod to a different location, so I'll be tossing them in the recycling bin. I won't be able to repurpose this for a larger space in the future, but that lack of adjustability seems like an ok tradeoff for a stronger design. Read more
I replaced a 66" crappy old rod with this one because the old one kept falling. This one exceeded expectations for something I got on Vine (I'm really not used to this, lol). It's solid and looks good. There were six separate pieces with one of them being a telescoping piece. Each is sturdy. They twist together to form a solid bar. You can see in the photos that it doesn't look at all like there are multiple pieces. I didn't need the two pieces from the photo to get to 66". Adjusting size is easy: You start with one of the well-padded end pieces and add enough 16" sections to fit your space and extend the last one to be slightly too big, then squeeze it into place. Note that the extender is expected to snug into one of the end caps as that one is a tiny bit smaller. So there's no way to install the pieces incorrectly, they just won't fit. There's a short section (shown in photo) to make sure the twist "extender" need not be extended very far by swapping out a 16" section for the short one. I suspect this is to keep the spring section small so their fairly massive spring inside doesn't have to be very long. The end pieces each have a yellow band stating clearly "non-threaded end connect to anti-slip cap" and they do easily and snugly slip into the end caps. I don't think this bar is coming down any time in the near future unless one of the kids tries to hang from the curtain. If they do: it's not going to bend. Seriously. Read more

This shower curtain rod comes with several pieces of varying lengths. It includes instructions to show which pieces to use depending on the length you need. The instructions were very easy to follow and it was easy and quick to assemble. It was maybe slightly more difficult to get above the shower than a typical shower rod, because this one uses a resistance spring, but it wasn't difficult and it's much sturdier than the plastic rod I replaced this with. It also look nicer. This rod is made of metal and the color is nice and sleek. I noticed after removing my old rod that it had some rust on sit even though it was a plastic rod. I assume that would be from the metal hooks that you attach the curtain with. I'm unsure if this rod will do the same or if I need to replace the hook. I may replace the hook anyway to give a more cohesive look. Overall though I am beyond please with not only the look, but also the quality of this the shower rod. Read more
So far so good. Had difficulty putting together it together due to extra rubber piece in one end of rod that was not show on diagram. After removing piece everything fit and was able to customize size. Read more
The YASONIC Shower Curtain Rod has replaced an older tension rod that constantly slipped, and this one has been a huge improvement. The 1 inch diameter makes it feel noticeably sturdier than the typical lightweight rods, and the black finish looks sleek in the bathroom. Installation was genuinely simple. It comes with a chart that shows how to put the rods together to get longer or shorter versions. No drilling, no tools, just twist, extend, and lock it into place and you have your customized curtain rod. The spring loaded mechanism ensures that it stays put. The curtain rod is adjustable between 26–84 inches. This allows for different uses in many different locations, and it held securely when I used it as a shower curtain rod and when I tried it as a room divider. The non slip end caps grip well without damaging the walls, and the rod hasn’t sagged or shifted, even with a medium-weight shower curtain and liner. It’s also advertised as anti rust, and so far, the finish has stayed clean and smooth. Overall, it's a solid, reliable tension rod that does exactly what it promises. Read more
