A nice seasoning mix for an easy batch of chili. This TV show themed Yellowstone Cowboy Chili Seasoning was of good quality. The ingredients were similar to most other chili seasoning packages but not overly spicy. It was very helpful in making a nice batch of chili. It is a nice blend that was not too hot for family members that do not handle heat well. I made the chili with pinto beans instead, canned diced tomatoes with green chilies and lean ground beef it turned out good and hearty. In watching our sodium I used low sodium beans and no salt added diced tomatoes with green chilies. You do not need to salt the meat even. This seasoning has just the right amount of it for dinner.
