This was the most amazing waist trainer I have ever bought. I recently lost weight and was referred to use one while i work out but honestly its so good, I wear it throughout the day as well. It is so easy to put on and I love how fitting it is while being comfortable as well. It has really good stretch so thats a plus and it works exactly how I expected it to.
