I am on my weight loss journey and journey to becoming fit. A good waist Trainer is essential to getting the shape I want. This waist Trainer is a bit stretchy but durable. The velcro is really strong and able to stay no matter how much you move. The fit is true to size. Also, being top heavy, it helps support my back more.
