Great value, good quality.
I love this vest. Being able to add and take away the weights makes it ideal for building up stampina from the start, without having to purchase a new vest every few pounds. Easy to adjust as I lose inches, and there's still a lot of lenghth left in the straps for more. Easy to put on and take off, though i do have to make sure I have my hat and earbuds out so the don't get stuck. The front pocket, although small, is the perfect secure spot for my phone when walking in pants with no pockets. Overall an excellent purchase. Read more

Great buy for those wanting to strengthen their bones
I've had this vest for 4 months now so I could get a good review out. I'm very pleased with it overall. It does have a strong rubbery, chemically smell to it, but I left sit outside for a few days and leave it in my mudroom so it eventually smells less pungent. I do wear it to walk, but I cannot go much more than 3 miles as the 12#s does get heavy. I also tend o wear it around the house when I am up and moving about for extra "weight lifting." The fit is great around my bust (I'm a 36C) too no discomfort there. My iPhone 15 Pro doesn't quite zip up all the way in the pocket that is provided, but I can partially zip his secure. Read more

I got this weight vest to prevent osteoporosis, and to burn some extra calories when wearing it around the house. It does not smell funny, it fits perfectly, and I highly recommend it, whether you are young or older. Also, I advise you to buy the lightest one if you are a beginner. I initially bought the heaviest one, but it was too much for me. I gave as a gift to my husband, and I ordered the lighter one. Read more
