I was really surprised how heavy duty and this cable attachment is. It weighs, I think, a bit over five pounds. So it is heavier than my other attachments that came with my BodyCraft Galena. It fits perfect and I was able to crank out plenty of really good reps. I really enjoyed the workout. I attached it on the pulley overhead and on the lower one, as well. It's nice to have different attachments because it gives me variety. I am a small person but I did not find it hard to handle at all. It is solid and well made.
