Well done low cost option.
Works almost perfectly for all my Fitness Gear Cast Hex Dumbbell from Dicks. I did buy some 2" nylon straps and clasps to wrap and secure the locking mechanism as we like to get very active at times. As others have mentioned, if you want to do between the leg swing, it become a bit too wide and bulky for two hand use, though you can turn the other direction and use hand-over-hand instead side-by-side. But for everything else it is damn good. Like lunges and core walking. Read more
Where's the money
I love these. Instead of buying a whole bunch of kettlebells. You just get this and attach them to the dumbbells of your choice and they work just fine. I recommend buying any of these if you want to save space Read more
Does not fit on neoprene covered dumbbells.
This is sturdy and fits on CAP standard dumbbells but not on their neoprene covered version. The grip bar is bigger around (due to the coating I believe) and wont allow the adapter to close around it. I even tried taking out the rubber inserts inside the adapter but it still isn't able to close. Most of our dumbbells are the black neoprene covered ones so this won't work for us. Read more
Does not fit and then won’t refund full amount!
I returned this in BRAND NEW condition because it did not fit 3 different dumbbells I tried it on, and the clasp seemed flimsy like it Mike break if it force it. So I just returned it, and they deducted $4.80 from my return for “damage” — note I never actually even used the product just tried to see if it would fit a dumbbell, and returned it in the exact same condition and exact packaging!
