This cup is the perfect size. I love all yeti items. They are made to quality and durability. They will last you a lifetime time. It's stand for its advertising of keeping your drinks cold or hot all day. The lid has a good seal and has no leaking, I'm not saying it's completely leak proof. Definitely don't be shaking it upside down. I have the 8 oz size one as well and consistently use these 8 and 16 for my hot drinks for work. It’s not completely leakproof but it is still useful once you understand the limitations. I like the size and that it is stainless steel. I use it around the house when I want a cold beverage without adding ice cubes. My drink doesn’t get diluted. It stays cool. I also use it for car travel. This is especially important to me since I drink a lot of hot tea. So if I buy a cup of tea in a store, I transfer it to my stainless steel mug to reduce the amount of microplastics that get released. Same thing at a hotel. This is less of an issue for cold drinks but it is for hot ones. It’s not a good choice for using with a backpack. It will leak. It also doesn’t hold the heat as well as a vacuum sealed container but it does stay reasonably warm or cool. Read more
