Very good adhesive
These plates are great. These are much better than the plates that came with my magnet mount. These one have adhesive and the adhesive is extremely strong and bonds quick. These plates are also very thin and light. I put the rectangular plate on the back of my case and the magnetic bond is so strong now it pulls my mount out of the CD slot sometimes if I don’t hold it in while I pry it off. This is a good thing if you ever experienced going over a bump or slamming on your brakes due to some jerk cutting you off only to find your phone falling off and hitting your console before sliding dangerously under your brake pedal.(yes, actually happened when using my old plates on the inside of my previous iPhone XR case) Funny how things rolling around under your feet always find the worst possible spot to come to a rest at the worst possible time. This will not ever be an issue with these plates. I am amazed at how strong the magnets feel attached to my case now. This set even comes with extra adhesive patches for reusing the plates. Really simple but really effective product. Simplicity is bliss. Why they can’t make the mag-safe bond like this, I’ll never know? Read more
