Okay this is the first ever product i have bought like this, wasn‘t too sure what i was getting into. Definitely needs to people to put on, at least for me. Once on its not uncomfortable at all just very stiff, im currently in the upper 200 in size and will definitely be wearing this when working out and deiting. Love this waist trainer, it feels so smooth your not itchy it’s breathable and doesn’t make you hot. It very comfortable to be in, the hooks were easy to attach and zipper works perfectly, id say this item is very true to size and it fit amazingly, there is 3 different hooks so once you feel like sizing down you can move to a back hook, I love that this waist trainer has straps so no back fat hangs over and looks good under a shirt, there is no armpit pain and no poking at the bottom when you sit down. The quality you can tell it's very good and it's very sturdy and it really helps smooth everything. The only thing I would say is it's a little hard to zip up but once you get it up it's very comfortable it's inches you in very well and the posture it gives you really help support everything. It's also breathable I don't feel trapped when I put it on. The sizing is very accurate it fits me with that a problem and I can change if I want to be more skinny or just be comfortable. Read more

NOT GOOD! This waist trainer has a build it compression belt inside of the material but it only compressed below the boobs. there is no compression around the stomach area. Below the boobs was really tight for me but the stomach area was so loose i was able to lift it. If you have a long torso this is not the waist trainer for you. It rides up on the back and too long from the front. Once you get to the last clasp the zipper part is very loose and way less compressed. Point is find a different waist trainer. It does what it should, but if you're a curvy girl like me I wouldn't recommend because it rolls and it digs in the back. Immediately noticed the rolling as soon as I started putting it on but after an hour of wearing it, it started getting much worse. Aside from the rolling and digging in the back I'd say it's pretty comfortable for a waist trainer! I've only worn it once so far so I'm not sure about results yet but while wearing it, it definitely works. As for the sizing, I wear a medium in some of the others I own.
