What a great idea. This excellent hookah mat is just perfect. It is large enough that all supplies and accessories can fit upon it, it is non-skid enough to hold the hookah stable and in one place, and it helps protect the table top from any errant spills. It is an attractive silicone mat with a very nice design. It lays perfectly flat, and does not slide around. Since these type of mats can be used in ovens up to 500 degrees, any hot coals dropped on it will be prevented from burning into the table. This is a review of Yimi Hookah® Heat Resistant Silicone Mat | Extra Large Size I am impressed with this silicone mat. It is indeed high quality. It is thick and actually reminds me of my original silicone baking mats (from 20 or 30 years ago). Those early mats were very substantial. This thick silicone cushions the table, protecting it from both little nicks and from warm objects. It can also protect from drips of resin if you use it for resin crafting. I have seen many a table surface get accidentally burned by a hookah. This mat is a great idea. Keeps everything well protected and safe and also very easy to clean if there should be any ash spilled. I have used mats like this for many other heat generating projects: I have one for my hot glue gun, I have one for my sealing wax, and I use very similar mats for baking in the oven. I probably would have given it five stars, but I'm not a big fan of the overt branding on every single edge. If I am advertising for your company, I shouldn't have to purchase the product. Just my opinion. I also feel like the black swirly "writing" print translates to something, and I wonder what that might be? I would hate to think it is something offensive or inappropriate. Am using this for my hookah, but really could be used for so many things. It has a honeycomb side that is a little bit more "graphically subdued" and a side with branding that is a bit more "loud". Either way, it looks really good. My favorite part is this is that it doesn't move at all. The hookah sitting on it also, it doesn't move at all as it is very grippy. Silicone is great for accidental coal drops also and the embers that tend to fall. Just really good for anything that could cause damage from the heat. Overall, perfect size and looks good! Additionally, it can save a surface. It might even potentially prevent a fire from occurring! Read more

I really like this hookah mat, when it's not in use it looks good sitting on the table, in use it offers great protection from heat and any spillage. My hookah fits perfectly on the center circle and it doesn't move or slide because of the non-stick surface this mat provides. The graphics and design are good quality, and even though this is a translucent mat, it's not exactly see through because of the netting that is between the protective layers. Overall I'm very happy with the look and quality of this product and would definitely recommend it if you need a mat for your hookah. Read more
