So happy I found this sweater - I love it!
I picked up this Yimoon Heart Sweater for myself. I got the Small and I chose the white with black hearts. For reference, I am about, maybe just a hair under, 5'7" tall and I'm appx 115 pounds. The small works perfect for me, and its long enough that it doesn't show my tummy when I lift my arms - that's a ginormous plus for me too!!! I absolutely love this pullover sweater! Its made to fit in a more relaxed, baggy style - I just love it!!! First, let me say that this sweater is SUPER soft, like silky soft, to the touch. I really like the material they used for this sweater. It is a pullover with a quarter zip. When zipped all the way up, it makes sort of a mock turtleneck, so you have a "chunkier" portion on the collar when its unzipped and the collar is folded over. This makes for a perfect look with jeans, kakhis (both baggy/relxed or more slim fit), leggings, and this would even look cute with the right pair of sweats or comfy type pants. Its a super versatile piece even with its relaxed style - dress it up, or dress it down, either way its super cute! This sweater so far seems really well made too! All the seams are straight and well sewn. I have seen no missed or skipped stitching and I haven't had a single loose, hanging, or stray thread I've had to cut off. There are no holes ir worry spots in the key areas, like under the arms, and I see no spots that even hint at a snag or hole forming. Out of the package, it does arrive with some wrinkles and creases in it. Thats to be expected with packaging and shipping and I don't mind that at all. Before I washed it, just for me to try it on, and to see how easily the wrinkles would come out, I tossed it in the dryer on my lowest heat setting for about 15-20 minutes and the wrinkles were gone. *Note - I only use the dryer with this sweater to de-wrinkle it and no more than about 15-20ish minutes on my lowest heat setting. I wash this on my delicate cycle in cold water. I chose to use a larger laundry bag to wash this sweater in and that wirked great! I think a laundry bag is better because it will prevent any other garment from getting stuck to it (like small velcro) and it will totally prevent any buttons ir any part of another piece if clothing in the same load catching it and creating any kind of snag, and it prevents anything at all causing a pulled/loose threads on the sweater during washing. Its just the safer way to wash this in my opinion. I lay it flat to dry. Usually I will lay it on top of the dryer and flip it half way through the dry cycle and let it make use of the ambient heat from my dryer. Thats worked so far for me and I havent had any noticeable shrinkage. This is super cute on! I have worn it twice already in the short tine I have had it and its wonderful! Its kept me pretty warm too! I would likely need a jacket if it got really cold of course, but down here in the deep south, anything under 55°F is "really cold" and calls for sweatshirt and light sweater use! Lol! I have absolutely zero cons for you on this sweater. It looks absolutely adorable on! Even my 10 year old, who is very tall for her age - 5'1" and slim, she can even wear it. Its pretty baggy and long on her, but she loves it and it looks really cute on her even as baggy as it is. The fact that my daughter loves it too, well I guess that means that mom still has some style...I will absolutely take it haha! This sweater is very well made, its a nice, silky soft and quality fabric/knit, it has a super cute pattern, it washes really well and has zero shrinkage, the color does not bleed during washing, and its just a well made sweater all around! Plus, with choosing the black and white color pattern, it doesnt limit you to Valentine's Day or any other day, in my opinion. Though I would not hesitate to buy one in the other colors and wear them whenever too! This black and white one can be worn whenever the weather or your situation calls for it! Its comfy enough that I dont immediately want to take it off when I get home, and thats a huge plus in my book. Comfy clothes and being comfy and toasty is my favorite way to be. This sweater isnt tight nor itchy, its not smothering in the ways that a lot of sweaters and even some quarter zip pullovers (sweater or not) can be. Its just a great and cute sweater! I will absolutely be buying more from this brand! Bottom line is, if this is a style and look that you like, I would 100% recommend anyone pick this up! I really think you, or whomever you are buying it for will really love it. I know I do! Read more
