They look just like the picture, light microfiber suede like material but not genuine leather. Good quality overall, but not very comfortable. Adding an insole would probably help but if you want a pair of boots that are comfortable from the moment you put your feet in them and be able to dance all night, these aren’t those. Sizing is perfect. I think they are a great looking boot, the calves are really wide, so I definitely suggest them if you need a wide calf boot that is fashionable. When I say fashionable, these are what I would consider a high fashion style that isn’t for everyone. These are definitely for people who are risk takers when it comes to what they wear, for someone who understands fashion is an art form and not everyone is an artist.
