We have had this seat cover for a year now and transport our dogs every day for walks or trips to stores, drive back and forth from FL and take our dogs on vacation with us. It has held up beautifully. Zippers still work, plastic inserts still hard, no torn fabric. I am definitely a fan! Thinking of getting another one so have it when this wears out--if it ever does! You never know when something you love stops being produced. For those wo during about size, we have a Toyota Highla der and it fits perfectly. We dot a door protector for one door and folded that side down for ease of getting dogs in and out of car. The cover is made for the seats to be in the upright position so if you use a back tailgate for a dog to get in and out all the time, it might not work as well. There is plenty of room for 2 medium sized dogs, maybe even 3, and a big dog would have plenty of room to stretch out. It's now 2 yrs old and holding up beautifully even after 2 gentle power washes. We took a month long vaca to Canada's maritimes and Newfoundland this past summer camping and hiking. Dogs were in and out constantly, sometimes wet from swimming or rain. No issues. Seats were fully protected. If your dog loves looking out the window, you might want separate door protectors to protect the area just below the window from sharp claws. Other than that, this is a great seat protector and I give it 6 stars! Read more

Amazing. This seat cover/hammock has worked perfectly for our 100 pound dog. We’ve tried other dog covers and nothing has worked this well. We did have some trouble with shipping, which is unusual for us, but the the product was worth the weight. It’s sturdy, comfortable for our dog, easy to use and easy to clean. 100% recommend! I had a cheaper version of this product that didn't have a stiff bottom before and my dog was always stepping off the seat and somewhat falling in the hammock style. This product is awesome because it's a stiff bottom and fills the gaps in the truck back seat so my dog is not falling into a void like the last product. This is slip grips on the bottom of this product keeping it on place on the seat and the top is durable and well designed. I always put a blanket on the top for my dog to lay down on because otherwise she tends to slip around it. It doesn't retain a smell at all that I've noticed and is very easy to remove when not needed within just a few minutes. Great product design, some may think it's a little pricey but given the stiff bottom I think it's 100% worth the cost. Read more

It fit my nissan murano very well. I love this back seat extender. I have two standard poodles, one pup is always trying to get in the front seat. This keep him away and safe. I cannot speak on how long it will last because in only had it for a week but so far I love it. I wish I had known about this sooner. Read more

I did a lot of research for this product. And despite some negative reviews, I decided to go with the positive reviews due to the mentioning that it was " great for 2nd row captain chairs." My old hammock was an iBuddy (regular hammock, not hard bottom) and it is still in great condition. However, I purchased a new vehicle and the gap between the seats was an issue . My dog managed and learned to balance on one seat or both, but I wanted a hard bottom to protect him. This works great! Easy to set up, pretty much like the old one aside from the hard bottom panels. I keep it in all the time, but if you need to remove it, it would be quick and easy to fold away. The negative reviews mentioned: Straps breaking. You can not pull the straps taught when setting up. You need to allow for the weight of your dog(s) and leave a little slack. Zipper sides a pain each time- I take my dog in&out the same door. I leave the side zippers up on one side. The other side, I don't fully unzip as it would be a pain to get the both sides connected each time (think of a jacket, but both sides of the flap). I unzip to the bottom but not all the way (so it stays connected) and I can fold down the side so he can get in and out. Just pull the strap down and flop it down. Flap the side up and strap and zip up both sides and go! I have a 2020 Ford Explorer with 2nd row captain chairs and this works great! My dog is around 60lbs. I removed a star ONLY because it is slippery, which was also mentioned in the reviews. So in anticipation of this, I also purchased a mat/bed at the same time. While that slips a little bit too, it's better than without it. FYI, I purchased the "For cars/SUV and Small Truck size and it's a perfect fit! If you have a large full size truck, get the bigger size. This is far better than any seat cover I have ever owned for my dog. It’s far more than seat protection. It’s also a dog protection system. I love the solid floor, the protection for the backs of the front seats and the zip up sides that also are supported from the grab bars above. Throw in the tether which clips into a seat belt buckle and I know my car is protected, but more importantly, I know my dog is in a well designed system that will protect her and also insure she can’t accidentally jump out of the car when I open a door. I also really appreciate the center mesh between the front seats that also has zippers and can be lowered so we can interact with her when we choose. Throw in the zippered compartments in the floor for the removable hard panels which allows the cover to be machine washed (which I haven’t done yet) and I think they have thought of everything. High quality and totally worth the extra price for the features and quality of this product. This is the one you need. Read more
