I’ve gone through a bunch of different glove brands and these are the ones I keep coming back to. This is my second order of these sturdy, well fitting gloves. I much prefer handling and mixing food with the gloves rather than my bare hands. Pulling the meat off our Thanksgiving turkey is so much easier with these on. I also use them for pulled pork. Handling sea food, salad ingredients, etc, is so much more sanitary. No matter how well you wash your hands, there is still bacteria, especially under your fingernails. Sturdy gloving is the most sanitary and safest way to go.
