Water from wet sponges or brushes dries up fast, and I no longer have to worry about puddles building up underneath like with other holders. It keeps the counter clean and prevents that musty smell. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the stone mat, while super effective, can be a little hard to clean if gunk builds up. I got this to go behind my farmhouse sink to keep water off of my countertop. The space is tight because of the wall, faucet, soap dispenser and the water filtration faucet so I was not able to use the basket but the drying stone fit perfectly in that area. I am able to sit my sponge and dish soap bottle on it and the stone does exactly what it is advertised to do. No more constantly wiping up water in that area. I love the stone and I was able to repurpose the basket by attaching it under the sink. Read more

This turned out better than I expected. It’s not huge, which is good. It holds scrubbers conveniently. It keeps those annoying little things neat by the sink, instead of dumping the sponges etc on the side of the kitchen sink. Big thumbs up! Read more
