As a beginner this may has been great. No more slipping and sliding all over my carpet. This thing it's so comfortable. The colors are so pretty. Very true to the pictures. The design is also very nice and the thickness is accurate. I do not regret this purchase because if you ask me the quality was great. My cat even tried to attack the mat and yet, tis only a mere flesh wound to this thick mat. I do keep it well out of her reach now though lol but seriously it's a great mat. Read more

I've had this mat for about 6 months now and I'm about to buy another one for my mom. I like that it's stiffer on top than a typical yoga mat - I'm a bit of a germophobe and while it probably does absorb sweat, it feels dense so I feel better when I wipe it down. It's grippy enough when doing yoga even while sweaty - I haven't had any issues so far. The top layer is hard enough for me to use as an exercise mat comfortably - I left a 20lb dumbbell on it overnight and it didn't create a permanent dent (which it has in the past for older yoga mats). It's dense and thick enough that my elbows and knees don't hurt - the main goal of me buying this, and hopefully will be good for my mom. Read more

I love this mat. As far as a less expensive mat, this is it. It’s sturdy and provides stable cushion. I love the alignment marks and ease of cleaning. I have bought this mat multiple times. Only because my cat had a field day on one. It’s still usable and barely damaged but I’m ocd. My other mats the cat claws and dog claws destroy. Read more

This is a true knee saver. However it is on the thick side, so when you roll up you look like you’re carrying a log instead of a yoga mat. Carry strap included. Without it you wouldn’t be able to secure. Great quality. Read more
Very hard mat. It's impossible to roll small and carry- the carrier strap already broke since it had to be stretched so far to get around the mat. Once the mat is put on the floor- it stays curled. Not good for rolling up and storing or carrying. I wouldn't recommend this mat at all. Read more
