We use to exercise and stretch in the house. We dont do yoga but this would be great for that or pirates, its thick and wide to where you feet and legs stay on the pad. The strap makes it easy to carry and store anywhere. The pad is extra thick so you dont feel the floor so much. Great quality for the price and durable.
