A wonderful tool regardless if you’re a yoga practitioner or just spend awful long time in front of computer. I use mine to get deeper into thoracic spine, to make yoga poses more accessible and undo some of my daily bad posture habits. My wheel came with instructions that offer some basic moves and strap was a nice extra! It’s cost effective and super easy to use. Loved it....but after having it less than a month it broke. (And I don’t weigh as much as the weight limit.) I used it all of the time. I used it 4-6 times a day for a few minutes. It made most of my back pain go away. Super bummed it broke. I’m ordering a Plexus Wheel because they have a 500 lb weight limit. Hopefully that one won’t break! UPDATE! I just received a new wheel yesterday!. Had no clue it was coming, but it was a great surprise! They even added a balance mat. I was very surprised, I'd just left my review and hadn't reached out to them at all. It was great! And my back greatly appreciated the wheel last night and this morning! I love this yoga wheel from Pete’s Choice, it comes in so handy in helping me achieve deeper and more advanced postures. It’s strong enough to hold all my weight, yet flexible when you need it to be. The outer layer helps hold it in place and provides a secure place to grip, eliminating the fear of slipping. I use this wheel to deepen my backbends, lengthen my stretches and feel more sturdy in my inversions. I recommend this to any level of yogi, there are so many different uses for it! I'm a yoga instructor newer to incorporating wheels into my personal yoga practice and I have loved using my Pete's Choice wheel. It is very sturdy, constructed with a durable plastic... so it's also very light. The wheel has a neoprene like foam wrapper on the outside, which provides a soft connection when resting on it and a nice grip when balancing on it.
