When my favorite work pants wore out, I went to every store I could think of to find a replacement but to no avail. I was so frustrated I could've cried. What I needed in dress pants: * Opaque and solid black * No embellishments/frills * Pull on with stretch * Plus size (14) * Petite length (I'm 5"1) * A true bootcut or flare What I preferred: * Under $50 * Real pockets * No belt loops * Comfortable and flattering * Something that doesn't accentuate my FUPA The search is over!!! These pants met ALL of my needs and preferences. They are absolutely comfortable enough to do yoga in AND looks professional enough for work. They were out of the 27" inseam, so I ordered the 29". I'm 5"1 and they're a tad long with flats but great with my 2-3 inch heels. I usually wear a size 14/16 or L/XL but after reading reviews, I ordered a 2XL. It sits below my natural waist but above my belly button. Hugs my curves, no muffin top. These pants are perfect! My only concern is I haven't had them long enough to test their durability. They do not feel like cheap, thin fabric, but they are under $40 and I do believe that in general, you get what you pay for. I'll definitely update if they don't hold up for at least a year. I have had these pants for under a year and I am amazed at how they have held up. The fabric is soft and the fit is comfortable. I don't like my pants tight but I like them to "fit." They wash very well and come out looking as new as when I first got them. No matter how much I sit and stand and bend these pants do not have the "bulging knees" that you get with other pants that are stretchy. I have worn these pants with dress shirts for dressy occasions and also with T-shirts for a more casual look and these pants live up to both styles of wear. These are also my go to pants for travel because they are so comfortable. The wide waist band does not cut into me and I like that they have pockets. Although the back pockets could be a little deeper but will still hold my phone in a pinch. I have tried other brands of this same style pants and none of the others feel as good or wear as well as this Yogi pace brand. I have navy and the maroon and I will be purchasing other colors! Love these pants. The pockets and length make them perfect for travel or yoga. They are neat looking and can be dressed up or not. The bootcut looks great with a heeled boot too. I had my doubts because of the low price! But I was wrong! These pants are great for work or everyday wear. Comfortable and flattering. Excellent quality and they wash up perfectly. I usually hang to dry but dryer is fine too. Great with flats or heals and looks smashing with boots too! I am not very happy with this purchase. I was expecting a better fit. Maybe I should have purchased a small, but the recommendations were for medium. They are comfortable, but not very nice looking. I washed them, so can't return them. I will wear them around the house. If you are looking for a dresser fit, try a size smaller. Read more
