My original wedding dress bag was lost at the wedding venue and I never got around to bagging my dress. I stuck it in a spare bedroom closet and that’s where it’s been for the past six years. Well, for the past five years my son has had a poofy wedding dress in his closet taking up a lot of space 😬 Now that his little brother will be sharing the room with him I decided to clean out the closet and finally buy a dress bag to get the monstrosity out of the boy’s room. If I’d known how inexpensive it was I would have bought one years ago instead of forgetting all about it. The fabric doesn’t seem so indestructible that it could spare my dress from floods or bugs or rodents or mold/mildew, etc. but it’ll help store it in a safe dry area, in this case a different closet, and keep all the poof out of the way so it doesn’t get stepped on or the door closed on it. I love that the pink color is a vibrant coral, my wedding color. The bag is also plenty big with room to spare for my veil and petticoat. I suggest this bag for anyone not storing in an attic, basement, outdoor shed, or garage. Pretty much anywhere damp or prone to insects is not a good place for storage if you want to keep your dress looking new. Read more
