This stuff is fantastic for hair nails and skin. The pills aren't small but they're shaped well for swallowing. If you have trouble with pills you may want a liquid type. The dosage is 6 a day but the truth is that you need a big dose of biotin to get results you can see. I was not happy when I bought my first container of these but once I saw the results on my own hair I about freaked out when it was continually sold out where I initially purchased that first jar. You will not be disappointed! I've not had any stomach issues and the first 2 I take on an empty stomach. You can take with water or food. Your hair will start growing like a weed. I pair this with Horsetail Grass supplement purchased at Amazon which also helps with hair growth.
