Liked that I could just drink it and be done w it but it does have a little bit of an unpleasant taste even though it’s unflavored. And it’s hard to mix in cold water. I finally used a little warm water to mix then added cold water and ice and a splash of lemon juice and it was ok then. Bought to help w knee and joint pain and it may have helped but I wound up w a torn meniscus shortly after I started taking it so not sure how much it’s helping but I’m still taking it. Especially since I bought 3, thinking I was getting a deal. Jokes on me, since there is no refund and no eligibility for return even with unopened items. Believe me! I have tried to love this product I tried 3X’S. Not sure what it is? But something isn’t right with this product. Not only does it NOT dissolve well, but the smell and taste is awful.
