0 stars, returning! Watch band comes unassembled and is really difficult to put together. The arm should have been installed before they finished sewing it! I spent 15 minutes trying to get one of them in using all the tools I could think of and eventually gave up. I'm sending it back. Read more

The watch strap came with assembly required. In a bag was the scrunchie strap, watch attachments and pins. No directions. I’m a former jeweler so I knew exactly what to do but my daughter had no idea. This should have been very simple but it was remarkably frustrating. The ends in the scrunchie are thick and you need to insert the pins into the end loops, then insert the pin into the watch attachment. The pin is on a spring so you need to push it down with your nail until it aligns and you can pop it in. However, the scrunchie ends are so thick it was a real challenge. You can’t see what you are doing. You need to push the fabric down with one fingernail while holding the bottom pin into place and push down on the spring of the other end to align and pop in. Anyone with large hands will really struggle. One side only took a few minutes but the other side took about 15 minutes. The pin kept popping out. Perseverance prevailed and I was finally able to get the pin in for good. Then I frustratingly realized that one watch attachment is upside down. You can tell which side is up on the scrunchie but the attachments look the same on both sides. They are not! When I attached the band one side would not click in place because it was upside down. I was way too frustrated to undo it so I just twisted the scrunchie band and put it together. It looks nice and slides right onto your wrist. The band is stretchy. It’s a ribbon like material so I don’t have much hope for longevity. It seems like if you snag it, it could rip easily. Directions would be very helpful!!! Read more

Super cute & not too tight! I usually order larger sized bracelets and this fits snug, but not tight. I had my husband put it together because I couldn’t figure it out at first, because it arrives with the scrunchie band separate from the attachment bits. There’s 2 pins that you have to feed through the band and then one side of the pin head can be pushed in to lock the pin in place. Make sure you have the locking bits that slide into your watch facing the same way, otherwise you’ll have to flip one side. (Learned that the hard way) worth it! Read more
