I LOVE these towels. These are not your typical fluffy cotton towels, so don't expect that. Yes, they are thin. Yes they "stick" to your wet skin - but that is exactly what they are supposed to do! In the summer, I live on a lake, and it tends to be a bit humid, with my cotton towels always taking forever to dry. These towels dry in what seems like seconds instead of hours. Instead of wiping myself off, think of it like patting yourself dry. I also love the big size, and I feel like I can wrap them around me very easily, which is nice so I don't feel exposed walking thru the house from the bathroom to the bedroom. I recommend them! EDIT: Below is my initial review from a few years ago, we loved these towels. Just received our recent order, they’ve changed the design unfortunately. They feel different, they don’t seem as absorbent as the previous towels. As you can see from the picture, the stitching is coming out after only one wash. Super bummed because these used to be great. ORIGINAL REVIEW: You'll probably hate these if you expect them to be like regular towels that are heavy and take forever to dry on the hook. These are very light, super soft, ultra absorbent, and I live them. They kind of pull the water off of your skin without a lot of rubbing, they dry quickly on the hook in my bathroom (unlike my regular bath towels that take forever, especially in the winter) quickly. The oversized towels are huge, which allow me to bunch them up to dry my hair, it pulls the wetness right out, much better absorbency than regular towels. If you have an open mind to something different than what you're used to, I think you'll love them, they are different for sure, they are thin, they are awesome! Read more

Pros: the product is the actual size listed. These towels are large and do wrap around the body. They are absorbent, Cons: The material is rather thin and looks cheap. Unlike cotton towels which are think, these towels are thin and oddly cling to your skin when stepping out of a shower or bath. Cling,..as in not able to glide it around your body like a cotton towel. This is a towel that simply takes getting used to. It's thin, lightweight style means they literally weigh nothing. If you're used to thick, absorbent cotton towels, these are a departure. They do absorb water on contact, but the feeling is like getting wrapped plastic cling film. Once the material is laid upon your skin, it doesn't move or glide around easily. For me it is a weird feeling, although the product does absorb water quickly and as advertised. In real life, (as opposed to online product shot), they look cheap. The performance is there,...they do what they are advertised to do, but they just don't look great in person. I'll keep the for now, they work, but will most likely go back to a super luxury, thick cotton towel if I ever find some in a jumbo size at an affordable price. Read more
When these arrived, I thought for sure I was going to hate them. I washed them and took them out of the dryer and they looked no fluffier than they did coming out of the plastic wrapper. The first time I used it, I did not like how it didn't feel like a fluffy terry towel BUT everywhere the towel touches is DRY. With terry, I always feel a little damp, but not with these! And the generous size is fabulous. I wrap it around me and bunch it up in my hands and have plenty of material to get dry quickly. I've been using them for awhile now and I highly recommend.
