I like that this tea gives me energy without the jitters. No caffeine. The taste is a little bitter but I add a little honey and beet powder. It makes it a little more palatable. The texture is light and very little graininess. The smell is earthy. It mixes well with lukewarm or hot liquids. I found if I dissolve a little first before I put it anything cold works best. I make a paste then add. I even put it some bake goods, especially a homemade bread like zucchini bread. It does have a bright green color. The quality appears to be good unlike some expensive ones. For me, I can’t do 2 tablespoons. I can only do one cause when I try two it tears my stomach up. If you’re not regular, it will regulate you. I feel more energized. I mixed it with my tea and with coffee I will make my coffee or tea then pour a little bit, not a lot in a separate cup and mix my one spoon of it. Im new to taking moringa. I was a little intimidated. I wasn't sure how to consume. I feared heating would compromise the benefits do I put the amount into apple sauce. It didn't taste to bad.
