Disappointed with Material Quality
I recently purchased a pair of Zac and Rachel pants, expecting the usual soft and comfortable fabric suitable for work. However, I was very disappointed with the material—it was much coarser than expected and not at all what was advertised. The texture felt rough against the skin, making it uncomfortable for all-day wear, especially in a professional setting.
