Solid dependable durable hiking boot. They are not lightweight. They are full leather with solid soles, warm for cold weather and keep surprisingly Cool during hot hikes. Gone through 2 pairs and will likely buy my third next year! These boots have hiked through Kilimanjaro, the Andes, Dolomites, New England / East coast USA, Himalayas and nyc winters. Best boots.
