I have used the normal 7 day pill case in the past and did not want to start using two; one for day and one for night meds and supplements. Then I found this little gem! I use one side for day and the other for night. It is compact, not bigger than an adult hand, lightweight and discrete. The outside zipper cover is quality made and easy to clean if needed. The inside daily plastic containers are sturdy and larger than they look. I put 4 capsules and 3-4 small and medium size pills in each day.
