I bought this dress to wear to my brother's wedding out of town. It was a terrific decision! This dress is very comfortable, a knit so it is a bit stretchy , form fitting without being restricting. It did not wrinkle when jammed in my suitcase. And did I mention IT HAS POCKETS?? C'mon girls, you know that having pockets in a dress is a game changer. I was able to put my phone in my pocket and not in my bra, saving myself the potential embarrassment of pulling a phone from my cleavage, potentially within view of the professional photographer. The dress material is super soft to the touch, like velvet which is nice as it looks more elegant. The dress though on me was not very proportional due to my short stature. It is longer than expected, the bust fits odd, and it looks more casual than a cocktail dress on me. I think it is true to size but only when you are above 5,3 as I am 5,1'.
