I ordered this striped jumper set as part of a gift, and it’s undeniably cute. I chose the blue and white waffle knit design, which looks adorable, especially with the included hat. The hat is probably just cute for pictures - it’s very thin and better, so can't imagine it providing much warmth. I tied it at the top to enhance the cute factor. On the downside, the material feels quite thin and a bit scratchy, which was disappointing. I’m hoping a wash with fabric softener like Dreft will help it soften up. Positively, there are no pulls or runs in the stripes, and the stitching seems solid. For the price, it’s a decent gift option, but the thin, slightly rough fabric keeps it from being perfect. I love the button neckline instead of the fold over shoulder things because it creates a neater neck, the buttons are adorable, and it stays put while so often the fold over things at the shoulders gape creating drafts on cold days and a sloppy appearance. I got the 1-3 month size and it does look on the larger side, which is fine. It should fit through the winter. The waffle material is super stretchy and the arm and leg cuffs turn in so it will cover the baby's hands and feet. There are snaps at the crotch area for convenient changing. The only downfall is that the snaps do not open the leg completely so you have to pull baby's leg out. Not a huge deal but a little inconvenient in the middle of the night. Great price though.
