The sweater is soft and the color is true to color as advertised. It is a pretty sweater and the length sits at the hip. I have received a lot of compliments. This is a fine quality sweater. Love it. My mom got maroon and I got brown . They are both lovely colors. The sleeves are a little long for me but look good with the cuffs rolled up. The arms were not extremely long as I had feared. Nice length overall. Read more

Love this turtleneck sweater! The nutmeg color is beautiful in person, same as pictured. It’s softer than I anticipated. I’m approximately 5’5”, 185 lbs, 38DD/36 waist/44 hips, more of an hourglass figure. Bought the XL - fit and length are perfect for me, looks great in the chest area! It hits me right about lower hip/upper thighs to cover my lower belly and most of my tush. I kind of tuck the band under with jeans or dress pants, but could wear it with a flattering, shapely pair of leggings too. I like my sweaters about this length as I don’t like the cold winds blowing up my back in the winter. It’s loose enough to be comfortable but just firm fitting enough for me to accentuate my curves without drawing attention to my trouble spots. If you like a more snug sweater then size down. It easily tucks in your pants as well. Not too thick but still a warm weave. The turtleneck is not tight at all and very flattering if you’re starting to get an old lady neck like me. It washes really well (machine cold, dry flat), and keeps its shape. I don’t remember a smell out of the bag with this one, but if it had one from the heat during transit (as I did buy it a few weeks ago when it was still warm out), it definitely does not now after washing. I always wash my new clothes before wearing because one allergic reaction to new clothes without washing first was enough for me. Oh I love this sweater. I got the soft gray color. Haven’t worn a turtleneck in probably 20 yrs so wasn’t sure I’d like this but the neck is soft and not tight. The sweater is not heavy yet soft and warm- I’ve been cold this whole winter and it does the job of keeping me warm. I’d say it does run a bit large. I bought the gray in L and then bought the beautiful blue in Med and it looks better. Have received numerous compliments on both. Might buy more colors. Read more
