These boots are really nice and comfortable. They are packed to protect the boots. I tried them on and they don’t feel heavy. The inside is soft but they came with a separate pair of comfort soles on the side (in a plastic package) which is very good if I wanted more cushion for my foot. I am a size 7.5 so I got a 8 and they fit perfect. I’m not saying they run small but I believe they run according to size. I just got them bigger because my feet swell up and I wear thick socks. It says ankle length but it goes up more like 2-3 inches above the ankle but I personally like boots like that because I can tuck in skinny pants and show off the boots. Also, love that it has a zipper on the back so I can unzip it when it comes time to take it off. The design is nice because I have some leather stuff and cable sweaters to match this with.
