Can weight bearing exercise improve osteoporosis?
Perfect for my needs. I bought & returned another vest that was uncomfortable when I tried it on. I am using it with the built in weight of 4 lbs. but plan to graduate to more weight soon. I have osteo- porosis and weight bearing exercise is key. I wear it on walks and just around the house. I "believe" that with this and some dietary changes and exercise that I can/will improve my bone density numbers. Time will tell. I'm 81. Never too late to improve. Read more
Fits good and comfortable
Fit well. Able to size down to small woman’s size. Like having the bags to add/remove as desired. Not too hot but only have used it indoors at gym. Would be hot in summer if course. Read more
Good buy for the money
It's just what I wanted. There was a smell at first, but I put it outside in the sun and it went away and hasn't come back. I like the adjustable weight amount on the vest. I almost don't notice the vest when I'm walking or hiking in it. It's quite comfortable. Read more
Item returned
I ended up returning the vest. I went through weight distribution changes and made sure the straps were snug. But the chest strap always shifted up and dug into my neck even though it would start out as pictured. It seems, for me the back was too short and would shift to a lower position causing the chest strap to slide up. Perhaps it is just the shape of my body/shoulders, but I’m not too unusually shaped. Otherwise, it seemed sturdily constructed and would have been durable. I did not notice any unusual smell. Wish it would have worked better for me. I hate returning items. Read more

Good open style
I like the openness compared to a former vest that covered my front and was hot. This vest allows air flow. I also like that I can add weights as I get stronger. I bought both the 4-10 lb vest and 11-20 lb. However, I'm wondering if I will make it to using the heavier vest. Read more
