I've been doing hair for 6+ years and have had a hard time finding a truely good texturizing powder for my clients with straight, fine, or wavy hair. Most powders are sticky and dry the hair out. Zenagen is sold in my salon and their shampoos and conditioners are top sellers, but this texturizing powder is THE BEST!!!! It washes out of hair with hardly any shampooing, is soothing and give hair lift, volume, and increased tact/ grip. This is by far the best powder I have found for volume AND texture. A little goes a long way too. For added texture and volume I flip my hair upside down and spray (YES IT SPRAYS with no aerosol ickiness and there is NO dumping the powder like other products). I put the powder in hair and and then scrunch it through the length. Also this product ROCKS for wedding hair, updo's, and teesed bang look. My hairdresser uses a similar but even more expensive product (Pixie Dust I think). I found this and really like it, but it's pretty expensive too. You don't need to use much, that was my mistake when I first used it. Start with a small amount, you probably don't need more. That said, it works great, gives my very fine and thin hair the right amount of texture to help style/manage my hair better. It's better than a mouse, gel or hairspray.
